The Planning Process

1. The Applicant completes the “Site Development Plan Application” and submits along with 4 copies of the Site Plan
2. The Planning Department forwards 2 copies to the Public Works Department
3. Planning will conduct an on site review of the subject property
4. Planning will review the Application and Site Plan
5. Planning will approve or redline for correction or deny with recommendation
