Rural Nevada Development Corporation (RNDC)

Mission: To provide economic development assistance and financing opportunities to small businesses and healthy, safe, affordable housing to people in Nevada.

Originally designed to offer business finance and community housing development services, RNDC has provided and expanded these services while working to identify the most feasible economic development activities in each community.  Its mission statement reflects its primary purpose of providing economic development assistance, financing opportunities to small businesses, and health, safe, affordable housing to persons in Rural Nevada.  Specific emphasis has been and will continue to be on promoting the growth and development of business concerns, addressing the need for affordable housing, as well as, assisting rural communities and Native American Tribes with their development needs.

Service Corp of Retired Executives (SCORE)
SCORE "Counselors to America's Small Business" is a nonprofit association dedicated to educating entrepreneurs and the formation, growth and success of small business nationwide. SCORE is a resource partner with the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA).
The SBA is the government's source of information on small business. The SBA also provides guarantees to lenders for small business loans. SCORE is a resource partner that provides mentoring and training for entrepreneurs.
